“From the get go Bryn was very proactive in getting us listings for homes. I sent her an email on Zillow initially regarding a listing and she reached out to me within a half hour. We were seeing homes within 48hrs. She helped us get a better idea of neighborhoods and narrow down homes given that our criteria was not specific. “Where do I even begin? Bryn was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic.

We had our house up for sale, marketed, and sold within the month. My husband and I didn’t have a lot of expectations as we had spoken with various realtors and had been told that the price we were going to get for it would be minimal profit at best. The house was a definite fixer-upper, located in a not-the-best of neighborhoods in NE Portland.

Anything that could of gone wrong on our end–did. My husband left me halfway through our sale, the person interested in the sale was crazy, we had a ton of improvements that we needed to do to get maximum profit–it was a NIGHTMARE. But Bryn, she was our guiding star. Not only did she sell it fast, but she made the process easy, and handled all of the horrible parts for us.
